This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Your role has a direct influence on the satisfaction of our customers.
• This also enhances our long-standing successful partnerships and contributes to the ongoing success of zvoove.
• With your approachable and customer-centric attitude, you provide our payroll clients with essential (technical) support for all inquiries.
• You are tasked with configuring our software for clients, independently diagnosing issues, and responding to user requests via phone, email, or remote access, while meticulously documenting all processes.
• You assist clients with everyday inquiries regarding our software and support them during onboarding as well as in the successful preparation of their payroll.
• Developing and continuously enhancing your expert knowledge of our products comes naturally to you.
• Through your interactions with customers, colleagues, sales teams, and the product team, you serve as a vital link and enhance the value of our services.
• After successful onboarding, you will conduct seminars for our clients (either online or in person), effectively further training our users.
• You possess prior experience in payroll and are knowledgeable about electronic reporting processes such as ELStAM, DEÜV, and SV-Meldungen.
• Ideally, you have experience using zvoove Payroll; alternatively, you may have worked with DATEV, Lexware, ADDISON, or SAP.
• You are eager to engage with sometimes complex technical and subject matter topics and strive for continuous improvement.
• You operate in a service-, customer-, and solution-oriented manner, with maximum customer satisfaction as your primary motivation.
• You present yourself in a professional and trustworthy manner and possess excellent listening skills.
• Ideally, you bring experience in customer support or inside sales.
• You hold a completed vocational qualification in payroll or possess equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel (under 5%).
• You have a strong command of German, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in English is a significant advantage.

• You will begin with a structured onboarding process and learn on the job, through training, or in informal learning formats (e.g., zvoove Garage) within interdisciplinary and international teams.
