This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and tickets in alignment with SLA standards
• Offer both phone and written support for card terminals and ATMs
• Assist with installations, terminal replacements, and activations
• Analyze and resolve technical and commercial inquiries, including troubleshooting error codes and connectivity problems
• Escalate complex issues and ensure accurate documentation in the ticketing system
• Support requests for portal access and engage in selected back-office tasks
• Proficient in German (C1) and English at B1 level
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support is essential
• A keen interest in technical subjects and a methodical working style
• Customer-oriented, solution-driven, and capable of operating under pressure
• Confident in using phone, email, and ticketing systems
