This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Take ownership of enterprise support from start to finish — swiftly diagnose intricate issues, communicate effectively, and ensure resolution.
• Deliver exceptional technical support in both English and Mandarin.
• Develop a thorough understanding of ElevenAgents and how our clients utilize it to coordinate LLMs, telephony, and various AI integrations.
• Recognize trends across support inquiries and communicate product deficiencies to engineering and product teams.
• Create and maintain user-friendly documentation that is precise, clear, and regularly updated.
• Serve as a reliable technical partner for enterprise clients throughout their experience with ElevenLabs.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical customer support at a SaaS or rapidly growing tech company, particularly in B2B or enterprise settings.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin, with strong skills in both written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and/or telephony systems (such as Twilio, SIP, WebSockets) — gained through support roles or hands-on development.
• Strong understanding of APIs and their integration by developers; comfortable reading and troubleshooting code, particularly in Python or JavaScript.
• A genuine passion for implementing and testing AI solutions — not merely supporting them from a distance.
• Experience working independently within a fast-paced, international, remote team.
