This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Design and implement effective solutions for intricate product usage, customization, and interoperability challenges using advanced internal resources and CRM diagnostics.
• Provide exceptional omnichannel support through phone, email, online forums, and remote desktop sessions to ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Work collaboratively on strategic case escalations, engaging with senior leadership and global help desks while retaining case ownership to foster personal growth.
• Advocate for product enhancement by identifying, documenting, and managing software bugs and feature requests directly within Jira.
• Develop and review impactful online support resources, instructional media, and training documentation to empower the global user community.
• At least 1 year of practical experience with Trimble PowerFab software.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex product usage, customization, and software interoperability challenges.
• Excellent technical communication skills with experience in managing client cases through telephony, email, and remote desktop tools.
• Knowledgeable in utilizing advanced search functionalities within CRM systems like Salesforce to investigate historical technical cases.
