This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• First point of contact for technical inquiries from our users
• Analyzing and categorizing issues
• Independent resolution or escalation to technical teams
• Documentation of technical solutions in Jira
• Collaboration with Customer Success, Infrastructure, and Development teams
• Creation of user manuals and tutorials
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in technical support, preferably in the software or IT sector
• Understanding of fundamental concepts in software architecture
• Analytical and solution-oriented working style
• Service-oriented, patient, and enjoys analyzing technical problems
• Experience with support tools such as ticket systems, CRM, or similar software
• Excellent communication skills in German
• Good English proficiency, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
• Strong sense of priorities and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
• Preferable: completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a related field
• Knowledge in the field of Health-Tech or Medical Informatics
• Permanent employment contract with competitive compensation (range between 45-53k €)
