This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver frontline assistance for Fluke Reliability software in both Microsoft and web-based settings.
• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and clearly communicate solutions for software-related problems.
• Manage multiple tasks during real-time customer interactions, including issue research and accurate case documentation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a consistent, high-quality support experience.
• Contribute to customer-facing documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Engage in software testing and provide feedback to ensure new releases meet customer readiness.
• Champion customer needs by understanding their issues and guiding them through the support process with empathy and clarity.
• Proficient in clear and professional communication in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in customer service or technical support.
• Interest or aptitude in mechanical or reliability-focused software.
• Knowledge or experience with databases.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Practical training and extensive exposure to leading reliability software in the industry.
