This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• You will oversee a portfolio of approximately 45 creators requiring enhanced technical partnerships, primarily based in the US (thus, aligning with EST/PST time zones is essential).
• Addressing intricate platform configurations.
• Evaluating integrations and automation logic.
• Providing guidance on backend setups to facilitate scalability.
• Identifying root causes of feature-related issues.
• Assisting creators in making informed technical implementation choices.
• Collaborating with Product on advanced use cases.
• Converting technical possibilities into actionable steps.
• Reporting technical obstacles with well-structured documentation.
• Promoting the adoption of SDK updates or platform modifications.
• Conducting technical launch-readiness assessments.
• Analyzing crash logs and performance indicators.
• Recognizing recurring friction patterns across various portfolios.
• Clearly escalating genuine platform issues with context.
• Validating new feature releases prior to broader rollout.
• Keeping track of compliance updates from Apple and Google.
• Documenting technical best practices.
• Enhancing implementation playbooks.
• Providing technical credibility to support expansion discussions.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to enhance platform reliability.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Technical Customer Success Management, Solutions, or roles related to SaaS implementation.
• Proven success stories and results that demonstrate your capabilities in supporting SaaS or app-based platforms.
• Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and automation logic.
• Skilled in managing multiple concurrent launches.
• Experienced in assisting customers through platform configurations, translating complexity into simplicity.
• Structured, analytical, and composed in ambiguous situations.
• High-touch customer experience is your forte.
• Proudly possess strong written documentation skills.
• Trained to recognize patterns before they evolve into recurring issues.
• Familiar with no-code and low-code ecosystems.
• Comfortable with provisioning profiles, certificates, and metadata.
• Understand backend logic even if not directly writing production code.
• Confidently say, “No Problem” when required to support submissions to Apple App Store or Google Play, and to review logs or crash reports.
• Prefer diagnosing systems over reacting emotionally.
• Think in workflows rather than just conversations.
• Thrive in dynamic product startup or scale-up environments.
