Technical Customer Success Manager, AMER Central/East

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts with complete accountability for the customer lifecycle from onboarding and adoption to the renewal stage.

• Cultivate a trusted and strategic advisory relationship with each client to enhance the value derived from our products and services.

• Facilitate strategic meetings and Executive Business Reviews to provide tactical insights.

• Spearhead the implementation and customer onboarding process, collaborating with key internal stakeholders while prioritizing ‘time to value’ objectives.

• Develop, prepare, and encourage customers to become advocates for our offerings.

• Collaborate with clients to define business and technical goals or other key performance indicators, assisting them in achieving these objectives. In conjunction with our sales and technical teams, you will oversee the customer's renewal and the expansion of the platform through up-sells, cross-sells, and add-ons.

• Champion customer needs and issues across product, marketing, and support functions. Seamlessly align with sales, product management, marketing, and engineering teams while managing a diverse portfolio of customers at various life cycle stages.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in customer support roles.

• Strong technical expertise, with hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes considered a plus.

• Naturally inquisitive and imaginative, with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and refine your work; you actively seek assistance and apply it effectively.

• Self-motivated individual.

• Excellent verbal and exceptional written communication skills.

• Capable of simplifying technical concepts for a diverse audience, ranging from Junior Engineers to C-Level Executives.

• Familiarity with the latest trends in the DevOps/GitOps/Cloud Native domains.

• Passionate about collaborating with a diverse, global team of professionals across multiple time zones (asynchronously).

• Prior experience in Customer Success or similar roles focused on enhancing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

• Comfortable working with clients of varying sizes.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
