This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Interact with customers through Zoom calls and emails, serving as a technical consultant and advisor during the post-sales phase while offering technical and solution-related guidance.
• Deliver technical, architectural, and best practice recommendations.
• Propel the realization of measurable value (business outcomes), fostering product adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Renewals Managers to offer customer-facing subject matter expertise aligned with the customer’s business goals.
• Concentrate on solution-oriented programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer.
• Design and collaborate on customer workshops, demonstrations, and other enablement initiatives.
• Maintain specialized expertise in one or more technologies relevant to GitLab’s market focus through activities like training, certification, and creating reusable working examples for internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance professional skills with an emphasis on personal mastery and team learning through training, reading, and seeking mentorship.
• Contribute to our documentation, YouTube channel, and other enablement initiatives such as the Digital Journey.
• Familiarity with a GitLab use case (SCM, CI, CD, DevSecOps, Agile Planning) to deliver comprehensive customer guidance and enablement.
• Proficient in using DevSecOps tools or advanced technical tools in related fields.
• Expertise in GitLab use cases to provide extensive guidance and enablement to customers of various sizes, including large enterprises.
• Technical background in development or systems engineering.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational challenges while proposing well-thought-out iterative solutions.
• Demonstrated capacity to become a trusted technical advisor to both customer and business leaders.
• Outstanding verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Strong time management abilities and the capability to collaborate with multiple teams simultaneously.
