This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Efficiently receive, process, and establish new client requests with precision.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are addressed swiftly.
• Collaborate with auditors, clients, staff, and the RSPO scheme as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
• Diligently organize and maintain client files and documentation.
• Assist in preparing scoping and work orders, making sure all essential details are included.
• Regularly manage daily communications via email and Microsoft Teams with auditors, clients, and internal team members.
• Perform technical reviews of audit reports in line with scheme requirements.
• Exercise professional judgment regarding the quality of audit reports.
• Oversee quality assurance components of the RSPO program to maintain high standards.
• Execute technical tasks with the assistance of the technical team.
• Ensure a consistent flow of audit projects and conduct field observations when necessary.
• Maintain new, existing, and archived program files according to program specifications.
• Support the program with client invoicing and manage accounts receivable processes.
• Guarantee timely distribution of certification packets to clients.
• Aid in the development and upkeep of program procedures, protocols, and forms.
• Work alongside technical staff to ensure prompt service delivery and ongoing program enhancement.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Sustainability, Agricultural or Food Systems, International Relations, Business Administration, etc., or a minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience, including project or program coordination, client interaction, and data entry.
• Capability to complete time-sensitive projects and provide realistic deadlines.
• Proficiency in working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, along with a strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Initiative and the ability to work independently while exercising professional judgment; responsive and adaptable.
• Strong technical writing, observation, and data management capabilities.
• Ability to adjust to frequent changes in timelines with complex, long-term projects.
• Experience managing accounts receivable and invoicing processes.
• Dedication to SCS values and environmental concerns.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Flexible work arrangements.
