📋 Description

• Create original, keyword-focused content for the Cloudelligent website, which includes solution pages, industry pages, blogs, eBooks, landing pages, case studies, solution briefs, and press releases.

• Design and implement effective email campaigns to promote Cloudelligent's solutions and services, enhancing engagement and visibility.

• Develop engaging content for monthly newsletters while ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with marketing objectives.

• Generate thought leadership pieces on emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, Model Context Protocol, Agentic RAG, and CLI-driven automation.

• Simplify complex technical processes into audience-friendly content such as solution briefs, white papers, and marketing materials.

• Collaborate to brainstorm and propose innovative content ideas, storytelling methods, and content strategies that align with marketing goals.

• Ensure that all content maintains a balance of technical accuracy, brand voice, SEO, GEO best practices, and audience engagement.

• Develop sales presentations, initial call decks, weekly customer sprint decks, and internal training materials.

• Assist in creating client-facing documents, including onboarding guides, SOPs, decks, and executive summaries.

• Standardize documentation formats, templates, and style guides according to internal standards and AWS documentation conventions.

• Maintain version-controlled documentation repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Aligned).

• Design engaging LinkedIn posts to enhance Cloudelligent's brand visibility.

• Collaborate with engineers and designers to visualize technical concepts using diagramming tools.

• Take part in sprint planning and project reviews to ensure documentation aligns with changing project scopes.

• Conduct independent research to verify content accuracy, depth, and relevance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.

• Over 4 years of experience as a Technical Content Writer or Content Strategist within a cloud-based or SaaS environment.

• Proven expertise in creating technical documentation in an AWS cloud context.

• Strong understanding of core AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM) and cloud architecture principles.

• Demonstrated capability to collaborate with engineering teams and translate technical information into content suitable for business audiences.

• Proficient across various content formats: solution briefs, operational documents, web copy, and social media content.

• Exceptional command of written English, maintaining a balance between technical accuracy and narrative clarity.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, HubSpot, and diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Draw.io).
