Technical Content Developer – End User Computing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Develop technical guidelines to be shared on our leading technical enablement platform, TechZone.

• Provide technical enablement content for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and customers.

• Participate in understanding operational processes and creating content to educate others.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in VDI solutions, product management, or technical marketing within the end user computing software sector.

• Practical experience with IT tools, including hypervisor and cloud-based infrastructure platforms, as well as Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Familiarity and hands-on experience with a VDI solution such as Omnissa Horizon, Citrix, or Azure Virtual Desktop is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of other solutions in the end user computing domain is a bonus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for learning and articulating new technologies to others.

• Proven track record of delivering engaging presentations to varied audiences and producing documentation that simplifies complex technical ideas.

• Established capability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.
