This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and implementation of connected portable gas detection solutions that incorporate both connected hardware and cloud-based software platforms.

• Convert customer needs into scalable hardware and software implementations for real-time monitoring, emergency response, fleet management, and compliance reporting.

• Specify integrations with enterprise systems, mobile applications, and asset tracking.

• Assist with comprehensive onboarding processes, which include device provisioning, connectivity setup, account creation, and subscription activation.

• Set up cellular connectivity, manage data flows, and facilitate QR/NFC-based asset registration and tracking.

• Offer in-depth troubleshooting for connected devices, data transmission challenges, and platform integrations.

• Serve as a point of escalation for field service engineers and customer success teams.

• Aid in remote diagnostics and establish technical support frameworks.

• Provide customer training on connected solutions, fleet management, and analytical tools.

• Promote best practices for compliance workflows, predictive safety measures, and incident reduction strategies.

• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to pinpoint upsell opportunities and assist in acquiring new clients.

• Contribute to the development of service offerings and the value propositions of connected solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in gas detection, industrial IoT/connected devices, and field service or technical consulting.

• Proficiency in cloud platforms, data connectivity, and telemetry systems.

• Familiarity with industrial safety systems.

• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or asylum/refugee status in the U.S. is required due to export control regulations.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Software, Industrial, or a related field) is preferred.

• Experience with Safety Suite or comparable industrial SaaS platforms is a plus.

• Understanding of compliance standards in industrial safety is valued.

• Experience in deploying enterprise-scale IoT systems is preferred.
