📋 Description

• Collaborating with sales teams to design and propose effective water treatment solutions for pretreatment applications.

• Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, diagnosing system performance issues and formulating optimization strategies.

• Assisting in the development of proposals and offering technical expertise throughout the sales process.

• Performing site audits to evaluate water treatment processes and suggest enhancements.

• Providing technical training to customers, sales personnel, and internal stakeholders.

• Representing ChemTreat at customer meetings, seminars, and industry events as a technical advisor, influencing decisions and fostering trust.

• Converting customer insights into product and solution enhancements, impacting future offerings.

• Functioning with a high level of independence in the field, making real-time decisions to tailor solutions to customer requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent field experience).

• Over 10 years of experience with a leading water treatment company, along with proven technical expertise in pretreatment applications such as membrane filtration, ion exchange, and reverse osmosis.

• Experience in supporting industrial water or wastewater treatment processes.

• Capability to advise customers, influence solutions, and furnish technical recommendations in a customer-facing role.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
