This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Become a subject matter expert and thought leader for Nexthink.
• Assist the sales team in qualifying leads by leveraging in-depth product knowledge.
• Demonstrate how Nexthink solutions align with broader customer initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders across IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management.
• Support and oversee large-scale enterprise transactions.
• Conduct and facilitate value-driven workshops.
• Represent Nexthink as a speaker at significant company events and marketing activities.
• Advocate for Nexthink both within the organization and to external audiences.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in an enterprise presales or technical consulting role, preferably in selling End User Computing SaaS/cloud-based solutions.
• A proven history of partnering with a sales organization to achieve or surpass assigned revenue targets.
• Experience as a primary technical resource for introducing new technology into a fresh market.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following fields: Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services and their management.
• Knowledge of Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end-user experience functions.
• Experience with cloud solutions, Windows 10, O365, or other projects related to migration, release, or change.
• Understanding of the ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, or related quality-of-service disciplines.
• Background in Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance disciplines.
• Ability to navigate complex solutions environments effectively.
• Strong business acumen — capable of translating business context into innovative, practical solutions.
• An entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable working independently with minimal oversight and knowing when to escalate issues.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to swiftly learn Nexthink's products, services, and business model.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders and executives.
