Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Work closely with clients to gather and comprehend their business and technical needs.

• Design and recommend scalable IT infrastructure and cloud-based solutions.

• Create scopes of work, project estimates, and comprehensive technical documentation.

• Implement and configure network infrastructure, as well as hardware and software systems.

• Provide technical assistance throughout and following the implementation process.

• Assist with pre-sales activities, which include proposals and client presentations.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within client environments.

• Maintain robust client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Keep updated with new technologies and industry trends.

• Oversee projects from the design phase through to execution.

• Contribute to precise scoping, documentation, and ongoing enhancement of delivery processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in network design, implementation, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and cloud platforms.

• An associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

• At least two relevant industry certifications are required.

• Preferred experience in a client-facing technical consulting or pre-sales capacity.

• Strong skills in documentation, scoping, and project estimation are preferred.

• Experience in managed services environments and diverse IT infrastructures is preferred.

• Familiarity with conducting systems assessments and technical reporting is preferred.

• Capability to lift up to 70 lbs.

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods.

• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are necessary.

• Willingness to travel about 10% within the New England region.
