• The Technical Consultant is essential in providing impactful Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

• Collaborate closely with organizations to design and implement effective, scalable systems.

• Assist clients through intricate data conversions and interface integrations.

• Convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Analyze, design, document, and deliver interface solutions between client systems and UKG Pro.

• Develop, test, and implement integrations with UKG Pro.

• Oversee comprehensive data conversion activities from start to finish.

• Ensure data integrity and compliance by conducting meticulous validation processes.

• Keep precise and current project documentation.

• Proficiency in SQL, Interface Programming, and Report Writing is essential.

• Strong background in Excel, including data manipulation, validation, and VLOOKUP’s.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data conversion and/or interface development.

• Experience with HR/Payroll systems such as UKG, Dayforce, Kronos, ADP, PayChex, Workday, and/or others is required.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and juggle various projects, clients, and consultants simultaneously.

• Capacity to navigate ambiguity and adjust to changing scopes and resource situations.
