This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer relationship management by effectively utilizing technical expertise to install, implement, service, test, and troubleshoot complex IT network solutions.

• Offer technical recommendations tailored to customer requirements and the specific environment.

• Foster continuous enhancement of implementation methodologies and service offerings; actively contribute to executing service strategies that promote customer loyalty.

• Engage as an integral member of the regional work team, collaborating with both internal and external resources, including clinical, sales, and service partners.

• Complete all administrative responsibilities in compliance with Philips, State, and Federal regulations and timelines, encompassing timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders (FCO), preventative maintenance (PM), installation documents, site and service documentation, and other associated paperwork.

• Comply with established training, quality, and safety protocols.

• Install intricate, multi-phased systems that include IT infrastructure and patient monitoring equipment in both clinical and non-clinical settings (build, deploy, and/or integrate solutions).


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional field-based experience in IT technologies or the electronics industry within a clinical or hospital service environment (or 7+ years without a degree).

• Previous experience with patient monitoring systems, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators is highly preferred.

• Proficient in network configuration and/or troubleshooting.

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is required (or must be obtained within 6 months from the start of employment).

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or related fields, or equivalent education and experience combination.

• Ability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; must adhere to requirements, work flexible hours (including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations), and wear all necessary personal protective equipment.
