This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Spearhead initiatives to guarantee regulatory compliance and manage compliance risk within the organization.
• Dive deep into the company's operations to establish comprehensive compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to execute effective compliance programs.
• Conduct regular audits and offer guidance on regulatory obligations.
• Cultivate a culture of integrity and accountability, ensuring that business practices adhere to the highest ethical standards.
• Coordinate, process, and oversee license obligations for both established and newly regulated igaming markets.
• Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with regulatory authorities to secure approvals.
• Work in close partnership with key stakeholders both internally and externally within the regulatory landscape.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and best practices in compliance control.
• Identify, document, and enhance the efficiency of business processes to align with compliance requirements.
• Create project plans, reports, and timelines for relevant stakeholders and teams.
• Minimum of 3 years in a compliance-related role within the gaming industry, with knowledge of gambling products.
• Experience in Regulatory Compliance across various European jurisdictions from a B2B provider perspective.
• In-depth understanding of compliance best practices for RNG-driven and Live Casino games.
• Strong knowledge of the certification lifecycle and experience collaborating with different laboratories (QUINEL, GLI, BMM, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a proficient networker, and a collaborative team player.
• Proven experience in communicating with individuals at all levels as an expert, along with exceptional stakeholder management with a high degree of integrity.
• Background in project management, including developing project plans, tracking progress, preparing reports, and managing expectations.
• Commercial mindset and strong business acumen.
• Adaptable and agile, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to internal or external changes.
• Possess analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving orientation.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
