This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluates technical requirements and ensures the company’s products comply with regulations across various jurisdictions, guided by a supervisor.
• Works in conjunction with internal teams and external agencies to assess and document issues, facilitating timely issuance of necessary regulatory notifications.
• Provides support for all internal departmental requests concerning technical compliance feedback related to issues, new features, changes, and applicable rules and regulations.
• Records rules, regulations, policies, directives, and technical requirements from multiple regulatory bodies.
• Reviews new or updated regulations and delivers organized feedback to regulators.
• Aids in the periodic review and audit of products and services to ensure compliance with high-risk regulations and to identify any regulatory breaches.
• Performs additional related tasks as assigned.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent technical certifications and pertinent professional experience will also be accepted.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical compliance or quality assurance role within the online casino and sports wagering sector.
• Strong foundational technical knowledge in areas such as hardware, software development, coding, web technologies, and networking.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in supporting independent or governmental testing laboratories and interpreting submission and technical requirements within the Gaming industry.
• Extensive knowledge of the gaming regulatory legal framework and associated laws and regulations.
• Technical expertise in sports betting and iGaming technology systems, including systematic controls and operational procedures.
