External Communications Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a thorough external communications strategy that encompasses both print and digital content, media relations, and branding initiatives.

• Establish a consistent reporting schedule to evaluate the effectiveness of all external communications efforts.

• Lead, guide, and oversee a small team of professionals specializing in external communications and technical services.

• Act as a guardian of the company’s brand image and reputation.

• Supervise content creation for the company's website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

• Maintain a strong sense of urgency and organization to efficiently manage multiple complex projects with varying deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate communications or a related field, including at least five years in a leadership role.

• A demonstrated history of managing teams, developing processes, and executing successful communications strategies.

• A strategic thinker with a profound understanding of how communications impact business performance.

• Strong expertise in website management, SEO, and content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

• Experience with video production and a foundational understanding of the creative design process.

• Outstanding writing, editing, and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
