Technical Co-founder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Play a key role in the Product Roadmap and Development, from choosing essential technology to planning sprints and constructing our MVP and platform.

• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise a team of internal or outsourced engineers.

• Collaborate with the Founder and Advisors to create solutions for the challenges presented by users.

• Manage features, servers, deployments, and all elements of DevOps.

• Safeguard data privacy and encryption to protect our user base.

• Perform QA testing and deliver quick bug fixes.

• Take the lead on all technical elements and product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-stack proficiency in scaling complex enterprise-grade systems within the SaaS or B2C sectors.

• Exceptional judgment and strong ethical standards, particularly in selecting talent capable of scaling and contributing to a compelling vision; experience managing distributed teams is a plus, whether for new product/innovation teams in an enterprise or at a growth-stage startup.

• Cross-disciplinary skills in Product, Engineering, and Data Analytics; knowledge of People Analytics, Machine Learning, and Watson is advantageous.
