This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist individuals whose residences have suffered damage due to an incident.
• Take charge of and resolve property and liability claims, concentrating on building damage (including building construction and civil engineering).
• Perform on-site inspections and evaluations of damage.
• Independently create expert reports, evaluations, and statements.
• Coordinate and communicate with all relevant stakeholders (insurers, policyholders, service providers, experts, etc.).
• Ensure claims handling is both quality-focused and customer-oriented.
• A completed degree in engineering (e.g., civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering).
• Vocational qualification as a state-certified technician or an equivalent credential.
• Several years of professional experience in one of the aforementioned fields.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building damage.
• Familiarity with building construction and civil engineering is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
• A valid driving license (Class B).
