This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute audit assessments across various audit categories, prioritizing the oldest audits in the queue while ensuring reviewer coverage.
• Perform secondary evaluations for accounts that have received payment reviews and for higher-level audits that necessitate advanced quality assurance expertise.
• Oversee audit queues and assist in resolving any audit-related bottlenecks.
• Evaluate self-review audits submitted to billing for eligibility and adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze audit reports to identify trends and recurring challenges.
• Monitor carrier return data and suggest process enhancements.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop quality monitoring strategies and conduct data analyses.
• Extract and assess audit files to pinpoint performance strengths and areas for improvement.
• Communicate review findings with leadership for relay to the original auditor.
• Conduct test-audit evaluations for designated carriers.
• Assist in onboarding through shadowing opportunities and ongoing mentorship via chat.
• Participate in Zoom sessions, Learning Academy, and various team initiatives.
• Foster open, solution-oriented communication, teamwork, shared objectives, and productivity.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Over 5 years of experience in audit reviews or a blend of audit review and premium auditing experience, including workers' compensation or general liability.
• WCIRB CompEssentials certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with Nexus or other audit management platforms.
• Capacity to learn and adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional ability to manage change effectively.
• Applicants must reside within the United States.
