Technical Care Specialist II – Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +22 more states.

📋 Description

• Responding to calls from Sparklight business clients and addressing inquiries in a professional manner.

• Delivering accurate, prompt, and consistent assistance to business customer needs by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Addressing and resolving business customer concerns, including billing issues, in a courteous and professional manner.

• Offering post-installation support, including entering service changes into the Single View software platform.

• Handling web chat inquiries from business customers on the Business Services Website in a polite and professional way.

• Navigating and documenting back-office processing tools for selected calls.

• Providing timely feedback to Sparklight leadership regarding service challenges or customer concerns.

• Additional duties and/or responsibilities not specifically outlined above may be assigned as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

• One to two years of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.

• Customer service-focused with experience delivering customer service over the phone.

• Proficient in data entry.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Single View is preferred.
