Technical Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of customer-facing documentation, including specifications, functional and technical requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and runbooks.

• Develop clear and organized As-Is and To-Be process maps as well as workflow diagrams.

• Create visually appealing design documents for AI Agents and automation workflows.

• Facilitate discovery and requirements gathering sessions with both clients and internal teams.

• Convert business needs into comprehensive requirements, user stories, and workflows.

• Work collaboratively with US-based stakeholders; strong English communication skills are a must.

• Enhance documentation standards, templates, structure, and visual presentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Business Analyst.

• Proven ability in creating client-facing specifications and process documentation.

• Outstanding written and spoken English skills.

• Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Miro, draw.io, etc.

• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and high-level solution designs.

• Experience in software, automation, or technology-driven delivery environments.
