Technical Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and execution of the roadmap for key initiatives within the Ascend platform.

• Convert business and user requirements into concise product specifications and user stories.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams throughout the stages of discovery, development, launch, and iteration.

• Aid in prioritizing backlog items based on their impact, required effort, and alignment with business objectives.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data, Commercial, and Customer Success teams.

• Monitor product performance and adoption metrics, providing insights and recommendations.

• Collect feedback from internal teams and customers to guide feature enhancements.

• Ensure comprehensive product documentation, release notes, and internal training materials are maintained.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), readiness for rollout, and follow-up after launch.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a similar role in product operations, analytics, consulting, or related fields.

• Excellent organizational and execution capabilities; adept at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Proficient in drafting requirements and collaborating with technical teams.

• A data-informed approach with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A proactive and curious mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where the roadmap frequently evolves.
