• Assist in planning and executing the roadmap for core initiatives on the Ascend platform.
• Convert business and user requirements into precise product specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design during the phases of discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
• Help in prioritizing backlog tasks based on their impact, effort, and alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional execution alongside Product, Data, Commercial, and Customer Success teams.
• Monitor product performance and adoption metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collect feedback from internal teams and customers to guide feature enhancements.
• Ensure comprehensive product documentation, release notes, and internal training materials are maintained.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), readiness for rollout, and follow-up after launch.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a related field such as product operations, analytics, or consulting.
• Excellent organizational and execution capabilities; adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in drafting requirements and collaborating effectively with technical teams.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable steps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive and inquisitive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where the roadmap is subject to rapid changes.
