Technical Artist – B2B Agreement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Work closely with artists and programmers to facilitate effective asset integration in Unity.

• Prepare assets for various games and other Yggdrasil Gaming offerings, including marketing materials.

• Manage game layout preparation and updates throughout the production process.

• Collaborate with source files created by internal and external artists and designers.

• Optimize images and animations, and export finalized graphics and assets.

• Re-export or recreate graphics as necessary for porting projects.

• Partner with the development team to ensure efficient asset pipelines are maintained.

• Work together with external art studios, providing guidance and technical validation as required.

• Organize and maintain project folder structures efficiently.

• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and establish best practices.

• Manage and preserve historical game assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience working with Unity.

• Familiarity with Git version control.

• Strong technical skills in 2D art.

• Advanced expertise in Adobe Photoshop.

• Experience with Spine (Esoteric Software).

• Background in collaborating with animators.

• Experience working alongside external art studios.

• At least 2 years of experience in art production.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proficiency in English.
