This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Craft tailored solutions that align with each client’s unique business needs and circumstances.
• Collaborate with clients and internal business and technical stakeholders to comprehend requirements and deliver value to the business.
• Partner with Solution Architects to grasp and fulfill data requirements.
• Articulate methods for importing, exporting, and transforming data across Merch Ops and related solutions.
• Produce design documentation.
• Lead and communicate decisions regarding integration and technical architecture between Merch Ops, Blue Yonder, and third-party applications.
• Foster positive interactions with internal Blue Yonder teams and act as a primary contact for technical and functional discussions related to Merch Ops.
• Oversee and manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer escalations.
• Engage directly with Merch Ops customers to understand their processes, functions, and integrations.
• Propel customer stabilization and achieve high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Deliver comprehensive enterprise solution knowledge across the supply chain suite.
• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis to minimize recurring incidents.
• Participate in organizational initiatives and management-led projects.
• Support benchmarking and sizing activities.
• Conduct technical analysis sessions and formulate technical solutions.
• Provide technical assistance including design reviews, environment setup, software installation, configuration, operations consulting, troubleshooting, testing, and programming.
• Offer technical expertise on development projects and ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Communicate work progress effectively to Blue Yonder Management.
• Refine and define project technical requirements while estimating project timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field.
• Over 5 years of experience in implementing, designing, or developing PMM or Merch Ops solutions, or comparable solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of merchandising software solutions and their technical architectures.
• Proficient coding skills in PL/SQL.
• Skills in Oracle database management.
• Experience with Linux batch scripting.
• Familiarity with Integration Build using API/JSON and flat files.
• Competence in batch schedule planning.
• Understanding of business processes in Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience in comprehending and integrating data across various Supply Chain and Merchandising applications.
• Strong computer skills.
• Thorough knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, integration, cloud, middleware technologies, and applications.
• Proficiency in NextGen/SaaS technology, including Azure, M&D, SaaS/DevOps concepts, or engineering/development skills with the ability to delve deep into Merch Ops code.
• Basic understanding of the Customer Support function, preferably in Supply Chain Execution/3PL.
• Basic knowledge of React and Node.js is advantageous.
