Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Responsible for project planning, progress advancement, and delivery management.

• Accountable for business strategy, process design, and application promotion.

• In charge of overall solutions, data modeling, and multi-cloud architecture design.

• Oversee technical architecture, system integration, cybersecurity, and performance optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of practical experience in any of the following areas, having served in a key driving role: A. Strategy & Change Design B. Governance & Optimization C. Project Execution & Support.

• At least 3 years of experience in team leadership or project management (no title restrictions).

• Ability to effectively communicate with senior client executives (including C-Level) and relevant stakeholders to foster consensus and project advancement.

• Strong cross-departmental and cross-role communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively working with diverse team members.

• Quick to grasp business requirements, Salesforce-related technical concepts, and project methodologies.

• Willingness and initiative to learn new technologies and effectively utilize AI tools to enhance work efficiency and output quality.

• Ability to practice "Critical Thinking" and "Unlearning."

• Chinese: Native proficiency.

• English: Business-level communication skills.
