Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Technical Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives, delivering comprehensive solutions that fulfill client needs.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and design workshops to gather client requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

• Deploy solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, encompassing Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing Cloud Advanced, Marketing Cloud Personalization/Salesforce Personalization, Data Cloud, and Intelligence.

• Connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms utilizing APIs, custom scripts (such as AMPscript and SSJS), and tools like MuleSoft or bespoke ETL solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee the provision of high-quality technical solutions that align with client expectations.

• Articulate complex technical ideas clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Establish trustworthy relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and uncovering opportunities for additional engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related area (or equivalent experience).

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Personalization, etc.).

• Understanding of Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and custom development.

• In-depth knowledge of Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud, and/or Personalization.

• Experience with scripting languages (AMPscript, SSJS) and integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems through APIs.
