Technical Architect – AI Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the architecture, design, and execution of capabilities and enterprise solutions for the AI Forge platform.

• Define comprehensive solution architectures that integrate AI, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, cloud services, and enterprise data platforms.

• Set forth technical standards, integration patterns, governance models, and best practices in architecture.

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to create product roadmaps and technical implementation strategies.

• Design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native architectures that comply with federal security and compliance standards.

• Assess emerging AI, automation, and enterprise technologies, proposing adoption strategies that align with customer requirements.

• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, including overseeing architecture reviews and design.

• Work with stakeholders to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Assist in technical proposals, demonstrations, client interactions, and strategic growth initiatives as a subject matter expert.

• Guide technical teams and foster architectural excellence throughout product development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions, with at least 5 years in roles such as Technical Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Solution Architect.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, integrations, and ecosystem technologies; Salesforce architecture experience is essential.

• Proficiency in designing enterprise integrations between Salesforce and various business systems, cloud platforms, APIs, and data environments.

• Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, enterprise data architecture, and contemporary application architecture patterns.

• Experience in architecting secure and scalable cloud solutions in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.

• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and technical leadership abilities, with a talent for translating business requirements into technical solutions.
