Technical Application Engineer, Mexico

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Troubleshoot technical issues by addressing incidents, which includes gathering detailed problem descriptions, traces, log files, and replicating the issues.

• Keep clients informed about the progress of investigations while ensuring that all relevant records are accurately maintained in the CRM system.

• Efficiently utilize all support tools and processes to resolve cases effectively.

• Provide best practice recommendations for the use and implementation of Varicent products.

• Assist in meeting KPI targets (SLA, QA, Resolution, etc.).

• Be available for scheduled weekend coverage as part of the on-call rotation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant technical experience.

• Demonstrated experience with SaaS platforms is essential.

• Understanding of relational database concepts, including basic administration and SQL scripting.

• Knowledge of client-server architecture.

• Capable of clearly communicating technical instructions verbally and in writing to individuals with limited experience.

• Share best practices for the use and deployment of Varicent products.

• Assist customers in maximizing the business value of their products.

• Experience in troubleshooting web-based applications.

• Must possess CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher.

• Ability to work and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
