This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Address technical issues by diagnosing incidents, which includes gathering comprehensive problem descriptions, traces, log files, and replication steps.

• Update clients on the progress of investigations while ensuring that all relevant records are accurately maintained in the CRM system.

• Skilled in employing all support tools and procedures to resolve cases effectively.

• Promote best practices for the use and implementation of Varicent products.

• Assist in achieving KPI targets (SLA, QA, Resolution, etc.).

• Be available for scheduled weekend coverage as part of the on-call rotation.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant technical experience.

• Demonstrated experience with SaaS platforms is essential.

• Understanding of relational database concepts, including basic administration and SQL scripting.

• Knowledge of client-server architecture.

• Capability to convey technical instructions clearly (both verbally and in writing) to individuals with limited expertise.

• Sharing best practices for the effective utilization and deployment of Varicent products.

• Assist customers in maximizing the business value of their products.

• Experience in troubleshooting web-based applications.

• English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher is required.

• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within cross-functional teams.
