Technical AI Quality Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist in ensuring quality assurance across AI data initiatives by enhancing processes, automating quality assessments, and overseeing data precision.

• Create and sustain testing frameworks, evaluation datasets, and quality performance indicators.

• Analyze quality concerns, pinpoint underlying issues, and implement remedial measures.

• Set and uphold quality benchmarks, frameworks, and auditing mechanisms across various projects.

• Evaluate contributor and team effectiveness and offer insights and suggestions.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering, AI Engineering, and Solutions teams to integrate quality controls and reporting into operational workflows.

• Monitor quality and performance metrics, recognize potential risks, and aid in ongoing improvement efforts.

• Keep abreast of trends in the AI sector and contribute innovative ideas to refine quality programs and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Quality, or AI Operations.

• Proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis, reporting, and automation tasks.

• Background in supporting AI/ML data projects, including data annotation, evaluation, or training data initiatives.

• Strong analytical abilities to detect quality issues, patterns, and areas for improvement.

• Exceptional English communication skills.

• Experience working collaboratively with global, cross-functional teams.

• Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Linguistics, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (preferred).

• Knowledge of remote or crowdsourced workforce management (preferred).
