• Proven experience in building or supporting AI-enabled workflows or products

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing technical environments

• Proficient in bridging technical and non-technical discussions effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and an implementation-focused mindset

• Experience in evaluating scalable platform or workflow solutions

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders

• Experience in learning technology, knowledge platforms, or digital transformation settings (Highly Desirable)

• Familiarity with AI workflow automation and enterprise AI tools (Highly Desirable)

• Experience in consulting, freelancing, or transformation programs (Highly Desirable)
