Technical AI Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee a network of freelance AI professionals, pinpointing top-tier talent and sustaining a reliable pool of trusted contributors.

• Manage various AI initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution, effective communication, and timely delivery.

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications while collaborating with engineering leaders to devise scalable and efficient solutions.

• Foster robust documentation and knowledge sharing to enhance team collaboration and promote long-term success.

• Monitor AI systems and automation workflows, proactively identifying and addressing issues before they affect users.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex problems, offering clear context and actionable recommendations for solutions.

• Organize user acceptance testing (UAT) and production releases, partnering closely with stakeholders to guarantee successful launches and user adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in technical project delivery, program management, AI operations, or a relevant field.

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as N8N, Make, Zapier, or equivalent platforms.

• Proven experience in managing technical contractors, freelancers, or vendor partnerships to successfully execute projects.

• Comfortable working with leading AI models and technologies, including Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar tools.

• Exceptional technical writing and documentation abilities, capable of creating clear requirements and implementation strategies.

• Knowledge of AI systems, LLM integrations, automation workflows, and retrieval-based solutions.

• Proficiency in using project and delivery management tools like Monday.com, Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.

• Excels in fast-paced and dynamic environments, with the capability to navigate uncertainty and drive projects to fruition.
