This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Deliver expert guidance and mentorship on enterprise-level architecture, configuration, and data governance within Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments to ensure peak system performance.
β’ Implement strategic adoption initiatives, including regular meetings and documentation, to showcase valuable, measurable outcomes for our customers.
β’ Design and prioritize solutions that tackle scalability, performance, integration, and technical debt to enhance customer workloads.
β’ Create outcome-driven assessments to facilitate cost reduction, mitigate risks, and boost overall operational efficiency.
β’ Support customers with capacity and upgrade planning to ensure full preparedness for significant events and major projects.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for adoption, enablement, and technical escalations to enhance the customer experience.
β’ Oversee and manage interactions with technical support teams to swiftly resolve high-priority issues and prevent future occurrences.
β’ Collaborate consistently with Customer Success Managers, Sales teams, and Professional Services to align on comprehensive account strategies.
β’ Contribute to team growth by establishing repeatable processes, creating collateral, and implementing new tools to enhance our internal workflows.
β’ Foster high customer satisfaction (CSAT) by identifying success stories and uncovering opportunities for product upsells and expansion.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in administering and utilizing the Splunk platform.
β’ More than 3 years of experience in Splunk implementation, construction, and architecture.
β’ At least 2 years of experience working specifically with Splunk Cloud.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash) and application development (e.g., Java, Python, .NET).
β’ Experience in executing one or more enterprise Cloud Migration projects.
β’ Preferred: Splunk Core Certified Consultant accreditation.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with the broader suite of Splunk-related products and integrations.
β’ Preferred: Advanced understanding of multi-tier Splunk architectures, clustering, and scalability issues.
