
Technical Account Manager – Platform, Ansible

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Assist enterprise clients in the implementation of Red Hat Ansible and related platform products.
• Act as the main customer advocate within Red Hat, promoting effective communication and collaboration among teams.
• Provide updates on the Red Hat portfolio roadmap and support clients with product upgrades and implementations.
• Quickly learn and keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, such as container orchestration, registries, build strategies, microservices, and automation environments.
• Conduct technical reviews to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues, sharing insights across teams.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the customer's technical infrastructures, environments, hardware, and product utilization.
• Investigate and address support inquiries through various channels, including online, phone, video calls, and chat.
• Offer strategic advice and insights on current and prospective Red Hat products and solutions.
• Manage customer cases while ensuring clear and concise documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, product management, and technical support teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
• Foster and enhance customer relationships through attentive, relationship-driven support.
• Travel to customer sites as necessary to ensure an exceptional service experience.
• Experience in technical support, software development, engineering, or quality assurance roles.
• In-depth technical expertise in Red Hat Ansible Automated Platform and similar automation technologies, such as Chef, Puppet, and SaltStack, along with a broad understanding of automation practices and principles.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Linux environments.
• Experience in configuration management, application deployment, and infrastructure orchestration technologies.
• Capability to nurture and expand existing customer relationships by providing proactive, relationship-focused support.
• Ability to present complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in managing multiple issues and projects simultaneously.
• Background in software engineering with experience in RPM-based Linux technologies.
• Skill in collaborating effectively within an English-speaking environment.
• Existing or prior security clearance, or a willingness to undergo clearance procedures.
