This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Cultivate and oversee client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for significant accounts.
• Create new business opportunities by growing within existing accounts.
• Work collaboratively with clients to identify business challenges and align solutions across physical security and managed services.
• Utilize expertise in CCTV, intrusion, fire, and nurse call systems to craft customized solutions.
• Remain updated on emerging security technologies, products, and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that client requirements are accurately converted into deliverables.
• Spot opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling throughout the security and IT service portfolio.
• 2-4 years of experience in technical sales or account management within the security or related sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of CCTV, fire systems, intrusion detection, access control, or emergency nurse call systems.
• Proven experience in account management is essential.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of digital and security technologies.
• Commercially focused with an emphasis on delivering quantifiable client and business outcomes.
