Head of AI Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Taking charge of Capita’s AI security strategy and overall posture.

• Managing a small, established team of Security Architects.

• Offering security leadership for AI-enabled platforms and products.

• Collaborating with AI technology leaders and Group CISO teams (policy, behavior and culture, security management, and SecOps).

• Engaging with Capita’s AI Council and the broader business.

• Developing a robust and defensible AI security framework that fosters internal and external trust.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in AI and emerging technology security.

• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional or virtual teams within complex organizations.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing security strategies in large or regulated environments.

• Strong understanding of AI threat taxonomy, including prompt injection, goal hijacking, memory poisoning, non-human identity abuse, and multi-agent attack surfaces.

• Knowledge of the EU AI Act, NCSC AI security guidelines, OWASP GenAI Security Project, and MITRE ATLAS.
