This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Deliver personalized and attentive support and mentorship to a select group of enterprise clients.
• Cultivate valuable relationships by comprehending customers' IT infrastructures, internal processes, and business requirements.
• Ensure that customers have access to solutions that facilitate the efficient operation of their technical environments.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Support Delivery, Engineering, and Product Management.
• Assist customers in collaborating with vendors and act as an advocate on their behalf.
• Generate unique insights about customers to share with engineering and the broader account team.
• Provide essential portfolio updates and support customers in upgrading their offerings.
• Conduct technical investigations into customer issues.
• Oversee customer cases and keep comprehensive documentation.
• Analyze and present periodic operational performance reviews to customer leadership.
• Conduct training sessions and presentations for customer associates.
• A blend of technical and customer-facing skills.
• Prior professional experience in a support, development, engineering, or quality assurance (QA) setting.
• Capability to manage and enhance existing enterprise customer relationships.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• In-depth technical knowledge of OpenStack and its components.
• Advanced troubleshooting expertise with Linux servers in enterprise environments.
• User-level familiarity or experience with the Red Hat OpenShift Platform is advantageous.
• Knowledge and prior experience in troubleshooting software-defined networks (SDN) in distributed systems is a plus.
• Experience in managing large public or private cloud environments is beneficial.
• Experience with managing and troubleshooting containers is a plus.
