This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Management of technical and strategic aspects for both new and existing customers, including regular meetings and coordination, proactive assessment of needs, and resolution of issues.
• Proactive upselling strategies aimed at continually enhancing customers' IT system environments.
• In-depth knowledge and effective communication of Base-IT solutions.
• Creation of tailored IT solutions for customers in close collaboration with Key Account Management.
• Active involvement in project management, including resource planning for the operational technical team, project oversight, handling change requests, and scheduling.
• Facilitation of customer workshops.
• Ongoing quality management and documentation of undertaken activities.
• Independent management of incidents and troubleshooting.
• Review and validation of billing processes.
• Strong technical understanding of IT solutions and expertise in IT infrastructure.
• Solid grasp of Microsoft technologies, both cloud-based and on-premises.
• Completed education in IT (apprenticeship, HTL [technical college], FH [university of applied sciences], or university).
• Several years of experience in project management and/or IT management.
• Customer-focused, communicative individual with an emphasis on comprehensive solutions.
• Proficient in both German and English languages.
• Methodical, structured, and independent working approach.
