This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.
• Act as a Wiz Product and Cloud Security Specialist – Function as a reliable technical advisor throughout your clients’ Wiz experience.
• Promote Adoption, Business Value Realization, and Customer Satisfaction – Ensure that your portfolio of clients is satisfied and deriving value from their Wiz investment.
• Advocate for Your Clients – Comprehend, document, and convey your clients’ requirements to internal Wiz stakeholders.
• Manage Your Portfolio and Support Revenue Goals – Oversee and manage a portfolio of up to 15 clients.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of a top-tier TAM organization within a rapidly growing company – Create documentation and mentor junior TAMs.
• 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing positions, preferably supporting a cloud/cloud-security product.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services and architecture of at least one Cloud Service Provider (AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI).
• Understanding of cloud-security best practices, prevalent threat models, and CNAPP use cases.
• Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their associated security considerations.
• Familiarity with DevOps technologies – CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Version Control Systems, etc.
• Understanding of Linux and Windows operating system concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
