This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main technical contact for key accounts, ensuring a smooth customer experience after implementation.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to pinpoint and suggest new features, integrations, and optimization opportunities that enhance client value and promote growth.
• Act as the central communication link between customers, Product, and Engineering, offering technical guidance, managing escalations, and ensuring efficient resolution of complex issues.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide strategic recommendations.
• Convert business objectives into actionable technology strategies utilizing Boulevard’s platform.
• Guide customers on configuration, integrations, API usage, and best practices for optimization, while executing product updates to ensure continued alignment with their business needs.
• Collect feedback and advocate for client needs internally to shape the roadmap and improve processes.
• Document recurring technical issues and suggest enhancements to internal playbooks and processes.
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on strategic objectives, evaluate outcomes, and identify growth opportunities.
• Keep accurate records across Salesforce, Asana, and other relevant tools.
• 3–5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Solutions Engineer within a SaaS organization.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and requests concurrently, effectively balancing competing priorities while maintaining outstanding attention to detail.
• In-depth understanding of SaaS products, APIs, and integrations; able to troubleshoot and convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong passion for aiding customer success; demonstrated history of enhancing adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
• Proficient in collaborating with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited for both technical and executive audiences.
