This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Engage with NVIDIA enterprise clients to address complex technical challenges
• Take ownership of and resolve customer inquiries during the phases of installation, operation, and maintenance
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance support processes and drive improvements
• Over 8 years of experience in delivering detailed customer support and troubleshooting for products
• Proficient knowledge and practical experience with Linux and Networking (LFCS / RHCSA)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong expertise in data center virtualization technologies (VMWARE, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective issue resolution
• Excellent communication, presentation, and oral skills
• Strong organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
