This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Collaborate with Enterprise clients to maximize the business value of their investment in Miro.
• Serve as a fractional strategic advisor, assisting customers in optimizing workflows and promoting AI-powered adoption.
• Track platform health, user engagement, usage trends, and feature adoption.
• Provide proactive, insights-driven recommendations.
• Equip internal advocates with strategies to enhance adoption across teams.
• Deliver adoption reporting and analytics on business outcomes to guide ongoing strategy.
• Over 5 years of experience in consulting, technical account management, forward-deployed engineering, or similar roles in enterprise SaaS.
• Strong technical proficiency: knowledge of APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workflow optimization, platform adoption, and large-scale change management initiatives.
• Experience utilizing AI, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows to support and enable customer use cases; familiarity with MCP and low/no code tools is a plus.
• Proficient in platform analytics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
• Capable of facilitating executive-level discussions and cross-functional workshops.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools and product/service development workflows is advantageous.
• Highly proactive, strategic thinker with a strong focus on customer outcomes.
• Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is required.
