This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
β’ Accountable for establishing and nurturing robust relationships with Enterprise clients.
β’ Facilitate the onboarding process for Enterprise customers by outlining benefits and access methods.
β’ Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews that include the product roadmap.
β’ Offer on-demand technical consultancy services.
β’ Develop and maintain a Business Profile that includes customized network diagrams.
β’ Participate in the creation of Webinars covering a variety of subjects.
β’ Perform Discovery Calls for your Enterprise clients.
β’ Lead requirement gathering discussions with clients.
β’ Assist in the development and upkeep of documentation.
β’ Create and update Knowledge Base documents.
β’ At least 4+ years of experience in advanced technical roles.
β’ Strong enthusiasm for mobility.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of both leading and emerging mobile technologies.
β’ Proficient knowledge of Android, Apple, and Windows Operating Systems.
β’ Exceptional problem-solving, resolution, and analytical skills.
β’ Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
β’ Experience in crafting technical documentation.
β’ Capability to educate diverse audiences on the use of SOTI software.
β’ Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
