This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist the customer success team with pilot programs, deployments, renewals, and expansion initiatives.
• Take charge of account and program management projects along with professional services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and coordinate technology implementations with our clients and partners on a global level.
• Facilitate communication between our customers and engineering teams by prioritizing support requests and aiding in resolving technical and product inquiries.
• Collaborate directly with customers and alongside Technical Project Managers, Account Managers, and other Applications Engineers at Arch to ensure successful deployment and comprehensive solutions, including the Factory Map and across the entire product suite as necessary.
• 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success Management within an Electronics Manufacturing or SaaS environment, demonstrating a successful history of meeting or surpassing quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
• Familiarity with Project Management methodologies.
• Technical proficiency in Python, database queries, and API usage.
• Capability to multitask and manage various responsibilities concurrently.
• Experience in analyzing larger data sets and deriving conclusions.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities, along with the skill to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Awareness of cultural sensitivity and the capacity to collaborate with teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
